Hi, I’m Patricia, but most people call me Patches. I’m the founder and host of the Morbidly Curious Book Club®. Welcome!
I started MCBC in late 2021 with just ten members who, like me, were eager to talk about nonfiction in a space where recommendations can be hard to find, especially the darker, more morbid ones. What began as a small group quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, we’re a global community of over 18,000 members, with more than 50 localized chapters and counting.
The Morbidly Curious Book Club® is proudly now an indie online/mobile bookstore. Here we have a monthly subscription box, where you can get the book club picks sent right to your door...and a full catalog of nonfiction, morbidly curious titles. There are cookbooks, a young adult/kids section, books featured on the podcast, and a collection of some of my favorites. If you don't see what you're looking for, put it in the contact form.
